If you're looking for a new vehicle, I can't recommend Thompson Cadillac enough. I recently bought a Lyriq from them, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Bought a new truck from Thompson today. Very good experience. No pressure what so ever. Bought a couple accessories to add to my truck. They called me later to tell me the quoted price was wrong and that I owed less than what was quoted. They have a customer for the long term. Also, I took time to learn the family history. I like doing business with strong family values and tradition. Don't change a thing. You guys were great!!

I would like to comment on the professionalism and friendly attitude of Haden Ramsey in the Sales department. He answered all of my questions quickly and provided excellent customer service. He helped me get a great deal on a pre-owned Yukon XL and his follow up was excellent. Additionally I would like to recognize Tom Gray in the Finance department. He thoroughly explained everything g about the purchase and answered all of my questions about service contracts and financing options. I went in one day and test drove and decided to buy. I was coming back the following day so they got a lot of my information ready so I could get in and out quickly . I did have to wait a couple of hours because they were so busy but they all kept seeing if I needed anything. It was an overall pleasant experience.

I bought a Yukon back in January from Thompsons GMC, and unfortunately ended up running into the well-known 6.2L engine issue—the motor went down. Obviously not something anyone wants to deal with, but I’ve got to give credit where it’s due.

Our truck broke down just outside of Springfield and we limped to this service center. Nice people, great service: diagnosed the issue, provided courtesy shuttle to a rental car agency, kept us updated on the progress of the repairs, fixed the truck, even arranged for the rental car drop off at the dealership. Nice work all around. Highly recommend.
